    HeartSaver CPR

• Childbirth Classes- a series of four classes is provided by the TCMH Obstetrics staff. Classes are generally held on consecutive Tuesday evenings beginning at 6 p.m. To register or for additional information about this class contact the TCMH OB Department by calling 417-967-3311, ext. 260.
• Safe Sitter – this nationally recognized program targets 11-13 year old boys and girls and teaches principles of safe babysitting.
• Way to Go Kids – an 8 week program to help motivate overweight and under active kids to get moving and take a healthier path for a happy life.
• AARP 55 Alive Driver Safety Course- this is an eight hour course designed to instruct the mature driver how to drive defensively, deal with aggressive drivers and adjust to vision and hearing loss.
• Breast Cancer Support Group – this support group meets quarterly in the TCMH Education Classroom from 7- 8 p.m.
• Diabetes Support Group- coordinated by the TCMH dietitian, this group meets on the third Friday of every other month at 2 p.m. in the conference room of the TCMH Mayuga Café.
