Radiology
The radiology department at TCMH provides a full range of diagnostic imaging services, and radiology staff is available 24-hours a day.
Radiology services include mammography; ultrasound; general x-ray; fluoroscopy; computed tomography (CT scan); nuclear medicine, and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).
The department has technology to send images via teleradiology for radiologist review. This technology provides around the clock radiologist coverage for after hour or off-time consultations assisting physicians in treating the critically ill or injured patients.
The radiology department is affiliated with a radiology technology program and serves as a clinical site for radiology technologist students.
