In order to make a payment, you will need to know the patient account number referenced on the bill. By clicking the “Pay My Bill” button below, you will be directed to our secure payment site. There, you will enter credit/debit card information and reference the patient account number. Optionally, you may enter your email address if you’d like to receive a receipt by email. Please ensure that the billing and contact information provided is correct so we may contact you if there are any issues with your payment. After confirming this information, you will enter a dollar amount of your choosing to be applied to your account.

Refund Policy

Please note that all payments are final. Texas County Memorial Hospital will not issue refunds on payments made on patient accounts through the online payment site. If you believe that you have made a payment to the incorrect account or entered an incorrect amount, please contact our patient accounts department at (417)-967-1292.
