Ashley Murray is December Employee of the Month

Texas County Memorial Hospital has named Ashley Murray of Houston the December employee of the month.

Murray is an administrative assistant at Home Health of the Ozarks.  She has been employed at TCMH for one year.  Murray was nominated for the award by her supervisor, Courtney Owen, home health director.

Owen described Murray as being “committed” and always willing to help with anything asked of her.

“Ashley has become the “right hand man” to the home health department in the short amount of time that she has been here,” Owen explained.

“Ashley had to quickly learn the billing side of the department when another staff member had to be out for a while,” Owen said.  “Although she has literally been doing the job of two people since early October, she has been working with a smile on her face the entire time.”

Owen mentioned that Murray is very organized and that strength has helped her succeed in her role.

“It took us a while to find the right person to fill our administrative assistant position, but the wait was worth it,” Owen said.  “Our entire team is so glad that we have Ashley, we love her.”

As employee of the month,  Murray received a certificate honoring her achievement; a pin; a special parking place in the TCMH lot; one day of paid vacation; a $50 gift card, and gift certificates to Paws N Claws, D&L Florist; Blissful Nirvana Massage, Wehr Motors, Savor Grill and Big Red Car Wash.  A reception will be held at the hospital in honor of Murray.

Murray is eligible for the 2019 TCMH employee of the year award.
