Holiday Giving Program Begins at Hospital

November 29, 2013Texas County Memorial Hospital has named Doug Collins of Houston the November employee of the month.
Collins was nominated for the award by Anita Kuhn, controller at TCMH. Collins, an engineering tech in the TCMH plant operations department, has been employed at the hospital for 13years.
“Doug is hard working, and he’s been a key part of the in-house remodeling at TCMH,” Kuhn said, adding, “Doug was also very helpful in recently helping us with some special items the business office needed for an event.”
Kuhn described Collins as “pleasant”, greeting everyone with a smile.
This is the second time Collins has won the employee of the month award at TCMH. Collins also won the award in August 2009.
As employee of the month, Collins received a certificate honoring his achievement; a pin; $100 cash; a special parking place in the TCMH lot; one day of paid vacation; a $50 gift card; gift certificates to Paws N Claws, D&L Florist and Janstiques, and cd of the month from Big Country 99. A reception will be held at the hospital in honor of Collins.
Collins is now eligible for the 2013 TCMH employee of the year award.
