Rhonda Jones is April Employee of the Month

Texas County Memorial Hospital has named Rhonda Jones of Hartville the April employee of the month.

Jones works as a referral coordinator in the Medical Office Complex. She has been employed at TCMH for seven and a half years. Melissa Sigman, clinic manager, nominated Jones for the award.

“Rhonda is a very dedicated employee as she strives to accomplish every task set before her and makes sure it is done well,” Sigman said. “She is extremely knowledgeable and a great resource for the clinic and our patients.”

Sigman explained that Jones spends countless hours working and calling insurance companies to assist her patients with their insurance issues and doesn’t surrender until they are resolved.  She truly cares about her patients and would do this for any and all of them.

“Rhonda has a great work ethic and goes above and beyond for everyone,” Sigman said. “She is always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone, and ensures her patients receive the best possible care they deserve.”

She added that Rhonda is a perfect example of what an employee should be.

As employee of the month, Jones received a certificate honoring her achievement; a pin; a special parking place in the TCMH lot; one day of paid vacation; a $50 gift card, and gift certificates to Paws N Claws, D&L Florist, Wehr Motors, Savor Grill and Big Red Car Wash.  A reception will be held in her department to honor Jones.

Jones is eligible for the 2021 TCMH employee of the year award.
